Getting maps on Australia is incredibly hard. Thank the stars for this shop. They know what you want and are on top of the supply of local maps.

Ordered a globe in August (it is now December). Was initially told it would arrive in a month, then told it would be there late October, early November, then was told it would be one more week. 2 weeks later and I've just cancelled my order, ready to take my money elsewhere. Not once did I receive a call to say the supplier was delayed or there was a problem. I called them every time and never received an apology for being stuffed around, yet again. Terrible customer service, which is such a shame as their products look so beautiful online. Happy to say I've found the exact same globe at a different place for $40 less.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpfull staff. A large range of Vicmaps & Natmaps for bushwalking, four wheel driving and touring. Yes the digital age has changed this business, but still the best and outstanding shop in Melbourne, for all your outdoor recreational and touring products. If out of stock on a certain item, they go out of there way, too get in for you. This shop has been here for many years and is still open, I would go no where else for my recreational needs.

Definitely still open!! Great little shop, in a sea of mod-cons its good to be able to find a place that's a little more down to earth.

You can see digital has taken is toll here. Used to hold maps of everything. If you're looking for Vic topo or 4wd maps then this is still the place to come but other stuff, very limited stuff available. Didn't even think to ring ahead figured what I'd need would be commonly available. Seems not. Lady was as helpful as she could be and friendly. Gave me some possibilities of where I might get what I wanted.
