  We booked Melbourne Bus Company for our wedding. Unfortunately they passed our job on to a sub-contractor who was waiting in the wrong place. We were unable to contact the company or the driver via any of the numbers provided, and presumably the driver didn’t have a number to contact us either. We ended up spending time that should have been enjoyed with our guests trying to contact the bus company and arranging Ubers for everyone.
  After we contacted them (it would have been nice if they had proactively contacted us), they provided a full refund.

  I would like to personally say a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to you all for making our excursion such a wonderful success. We could not have had such a great day without your generosity and patience.
  
  John the driver was a joy and so patient with all our requests on the day. He handled everything so peacefully and without fuss, even when he was asked to return to the museum to collect a lost wallet. Although we were running late he still agreed to take us past McDonalds to get ice cream for the children. He was really amazing and we can't thank you enough.

  I used Melbourne Bus Company to drive a large group of friends between our accommodation in Blairgworie, the Dromana Drive-in, and a bar in Rye. The bus company was friendly, responsive and accommodating of my requests, and offered all of this for a competitive rate. In addition, the driver was patient and professional. I would definitely recommend this bus company to others.

  Thank you to Ian and the drivers for their excellent, and patient, service for the transfer of delegates for the RMA17 Gala Dinner, Friday 20th October 2017, from the Pullman Albert Park to the Arts Centre in the CBD.
  The stragglers for the return trip kept Ian and his team waiting, but they were patient and polite, and performed a great service. Much appreciated!
