Be cautious with this company - had agreed on a price which was re-negotiated and accepted. The sales rep then back-flipped on the figure agreed on because his "boss" change his mind. I am sure for most vehicle sellers the process will be smooth, but i am not a fan of the 'negotiation' tactics I experienced. Ask them to confirm the deal/price agreed on the first instance they ask for a reduction/new price.

Have sold 4 cars now through SYCF and they are very open and great with communication. Yes, they don't give you as much as the retail price but they give a much better price than trade-in. And the process is super quick and money in the account long before they pick up the car. Laura was especially helpful with the last 2 cars. Highly recommend if you want to sell your car and are looking to trade it in.

Within an hour of listing my car for sale online I was contacted by Hugh from SYCF. He was upfront and a pleasure to deal with. Answering a few questions about my car he offered me a very good price. He organised an inspection of the car and the next day the money was in my account. Too easy.

Someone named Tanya contacted and offered me a price which I did not accept and I genuinely mentioned the prices offered me, car conditions. However, s/he took a mean, rude attitude toward myself and said do not wait for more money, sell while she was gently supposed to say no or good luck. However, s/he tried her worst attitude.

Well done for having such great rude staff members and holding them to have such attitude towards people.

If you are not happy to communicate with people, then do not contact and disturb them.

Still cannot believe how fast I sold my car. Had advertised my CLS on car sales. Got a call from Jazz and that was it. She offered me a very reasonable price unlike any other car dealers who want your car for free. Jazz inspected the car and the money was in my account in 10 minutes. Pain free sale. Jazz was very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend to get in touch with her if you are wanting to sell your car fast! Five star service.

had my car advertised on Carsales.com and within a day got a call from Matt at Sell You Car Fast offering to buy it at a reasonable price.
They sent someone to do an inspection, then within 24 hours the car was sold and the money in my bank account and 24 hours later they came to pick up the car. Pain free transactions, i would use them again.

Process was quick and simple but their practices are a little underhanded. They approached to buy my car for a “buyer” who wanted my model with a reasonable (lower than market) offer. They then proceeded to find ways to reduce the price. I found later they listed the car for resale on car sales for above market. This is fine, that’s their business model but they didn’t need to make up and tell lies during the process.

In summary easy to deal with but beware of dishonesty.

Excellent Experience right from the word GO. Dara has been phenomenal, very humble, professional and a pleasure to talk to. She has driven the whole process really well, right from the initial offer, car checkup, payments. They have paid a fair price for the car but more importantly taken away the pain of selling. Highly recommended.
