Manager has a terrible attitude problem

I was able to locate the equipment I wanted to hire by phone. Brooklyn wasn't the closest but their network located what I wanted. I was able to drop my hired equipment off at another location. The service was quick and seamless. Happy to hire from here again.

Friendly service and guys were helpful.
wish if they can improve the online booking as it shows item as available at my store but had to pick it up from another branch.
