Terrble went in for lunch to try the big mac with bacon and tomato was told its only for breakfast, seems only in wonthggi .

Went through the drive through ordered a couple of meals, one being a medium cheeseburger meal, got told to park and wait, waited for ten minutes and the girl brought out the wrong order, waited another 5 minutes got the right order, however upon getting home discovered that my medium cheeseburger meal was actually a cold big mac burger meal that was honestly the sorriest sight I'd ever seen. Chips were soggy because they'd obviously been left sitting for ages while they worked out who's order was whose. Seriously guys this seems to be a reoccurring theme at Wonthaggi McDonald's and it makes me wonder if any of your staff actually have a brain.

I have been to several mcdonalds around the world and this particular McDonald's restaurant was by far the most disgusting place I've ever eaten. The first sight we saw as we walked into Wonthaggi MacDonalds was the absolute filth that covered the floors and every table. Once we got to the counter one of the workers was wearing a batman hoodie with hair all over her face. Then when serving me proceeded to pull paper out of her bra. The staff were constanstly using foul language and talking disrespectfuly about the manager and other staff members. Then they decided to call a friend and asked them if they could bring in a "dart" (cigarette) Once we got our food it was absolutely foul. Not surprising considering the state of the kitchen was revolting. I will defiantly never return here

Excellent service this time, other times its very annoying having to wait somewhere for our food when there's already 3 other cars waiting and there's nowhere to wait. And saddened that we didn't get any monopoly tickets with our large drinks. Only brought the large instead of mediums to get them :(
Pretty much nothing bad that the staff can control. They got our order right too which was a pleasant surprise.

Pleasant enough but they seemed to be understaffed. Staff were understably attending to customer service which meant that tables weren't as clean as they could be.
Service was reasonably quick though and coffee was really nice.

Not a bad Maccas, generally everything is good and made well. Sometimes things are missing or burgers are 'slapped together' and not particularly made well. But this is not very often.

Just went through drive thru and our latte and hot chocolate was made perfectly..Hubby actually got his 3 sugars..as orderedand stirred..👍

Lovely modern restaurant. Quite dirty and not well attended to in the dining area. Burgers have been dry and the fries not full.

The staff are poorly trained and the manager totally absent (at least mentally). At one point three staff members were dealing with one troublesome female customer while a whole bunch of us were left to spectate. There four or five other staff members milling around doing nothing and it didn't even occur to them to open one of the other two inactive cash registers to clear the line. Finally one young lass slightly exasperatedly pointed is to the custom ordering boards and told us to submit our own orders that way. Very bad management.
