EXCELLENT VEGAN MEAL and friendly helpful staff MEAL was hot when brought to the table, went out of their way to meet the desire for coffee.

Service is not great. We arrived at 5:45pm and were told we were only allowed to order drinks I understand the kitchen doesn't open until 6pm, although it was a weeknight and not busy. Once we were allowed to place an order, drinks and food were charged separately and the bar tender wanted to charge a surcharge for the drinks being under $10 even though we were paying a lot for dinner. To make matters worse we waited about an hour to eat as other patrons with kids seemed to be served first.. even though we were the first patrons there. For the price we payed for dinner, service needs to be improved.

I think it is over ratedThe meals were quite ordinary considering the price and location. The service was actually lower than expected, had to wait quite a while; however quite fast for the children, so much so that they were just finishing when my meal finally arrived.

Admittedly I ordered the wrong meal. I wanted a steak and asked for the rib eye, blue. I was informed they only cook it to one level. I then realised I had ordered the pork rib eye. After 2 mins I went back to the bar and asked if I could change my order to a steak. I was told the chef had already started cooking so I could not change. I thought fair enough, it's my own fault. After 45 mins I went back to the bar and asked why I couldn't have changed earlier and I was told "it is definitely too late now" The result was an average pork chop with limited sides.

Great Place to take some crazy kids for dinner , meal ws decent and after a big day , nice place to relax and grab a drink
