Sunday 29th October.
Ordered 2 Egg and Bacon muffins and 4 Hash Browns at 9.51am. Our Muffins sat in bag for over 10 minutes waiting for you SLOW STUPID staff to cook the Hash Browns.
We finally got our food at 10.07am.
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE WE HAVE RECEIVED AT ANY MUCK DONALDS IN AUSTRALIA.
And during our insanely long wait, the female manager was cuddling one of the male employees out the back in full view of patiently wait customers.response / report this review -

A bit of hit and miss.. if you want your hot drinks to be hot. You need to say, extra hot please. The tables generally are not really clean. Staff are friendly enough. They just need to pay your attention to the little things like wiping down tables clearing tables

Ordered a beef big mac, but got a chicken one. I decided that i would give it a try, and not be too angry about it. I tried it, and hey, i liked it more than my original order. I went home, with the taste fresh in my papilla. I then wondered: "What if i had got the beef big mac instead?" This question broke my sleep habits, gave me crippling depression and is giving insufferable night terrors. I am now questioning my life decisions. With nothing left to lose, i turned to the shrek franchise. Man, i gotta tell ya. This stuff is real good for rehabilitation. Just one watch of shrek, shrek 2, shrek 3 and shrek forever after, and hey, im good as new. Thanks mcdonalds, you just helped me cure my life. Without beef big macs and the secret big mac sauce, i would have never ever fixed my life ever again. By the way Archie is the best employee you should give him a raise and promotion. Thanks.

Not impressed with the Lukewarm coffee. As I was returning ours another customer came back with just warm. Waited for replacements for quite a while, when I asked how much longer they would be was told they were on other end of counter waiting for collection. I asked why we weren't made aware they were ready answer was we would have called your number. Told them they didn't give me a number and they said it would have been the original order number. It was not called at all because I was right there waiting. I asked to see the duty manager his name was Will and he totally ignored the fact that I was waiting to see him. So we left with 2 more lukewarm coffees.Totally pathetic, no way will we go back.

Close way too early on the weekend! Went there tonight at 9:45 and their shut! Close at 9! It's the weekend! Its daylight savings! It's summer! Yet up the road a couple of hundred metres their competitor KFC is open and doing a roaring trade! Come on McDonald's lift your game!
