Staff were great, food was not. Chips were stale angus burger not very nice but at least didn't have the awful vegetable oil taste the regular burgers have.

This particular store advertises that their business hours are 24 hours, but you drive past and the lights are off and the store is closed. How would you feel if you were craving McDonald's at 1am and to find out they are closed. Ridiculous. Not to mention the ice cream machine that apparently doesn't work after 1am because it "switches off" brilliant.

The wait in the drive thru when they ask you to park in the waiting bay for fresh nuggets and then they forget you there, and 7 cars behind you go through and then you have to go into the store to remind them of your order and then they look at you like you done something wrong. This may be a specific situation but it used to happen in the past, and now it's starting to make a come back

Toilets not always clean. Food when going through driveway is often incorrect in a big way. Missing burgers etc. If you then park and go in. Ask for a fresh order as you wait ages and everything in the bag is cold. DON'T EXPECT A DISCOUNT OR A FREE ANYTHING. THEY DON'T CARE.

I was late for work, Then I ordered a latte, burger and chips. It took me a bloody half an hour to receive my order. Thanks to you, I almost losted my job. Never go to this Mcdonalds ever.

I wouldn't even rate it 1 star. NEVER fresh. NEVER made correctly. Literally. I've contacted these guys dozens of times because they messed the whole order up. I know it's only maccas but like I said. It's only maccas. Every other maccas I been to has no issues always fresh at most 1 mistake which is nothing to worry about. But this maccas takes the cake. And theres been multiple times through drive through I hear the staff swearing and saying inappropriate things if I had kids in the car I would not be a happy parent.
