The staff are always friendly and polite, the service time is fast and they have tables outside.

Coffee so weak and undrinkable Asked for a stronger cup and was told l would have to pay extra 50 cents! For a double shot coffee. Never had double shot before just wanted a coffee I could drink not good customer service Macca's, Sturt St, Ballarat.
So many good Macca's all over Australia we have encountered and we come home to rhe worst one!!!! Really!!!!Won't be back.response / report this review -

was here for hours as waiting for a hospital patient the staff were so friendly an anything they could do to help myself or the kids was greatly appreciated

Always get my order wrong and then it takes them at LEAST three times to fix it. I am not one to shame workers, but the ones they have here don't care about you, the food they are preparing for you, or getting it to you before it's ice cold. Would NOT recommend.

Service was OK. Food as standard Maccas. But like many other Maccas, the self-ordering stations always have problems. Today it asked me to pick a number for table service, but there wasn't any number available beside the station. Then when I select to pay by Credit Card, it said the EFTPOS machine faulty, and it cancelled all my orders. I had to use another station to start again.
Few times at other Maccas, always have a few or sometime all the self-ordering stations weren't working. Many time I ordered something from the station, only to be told 10 or 15 minutes later that the item I ordered wasn't available (for months??????). Many time also it didn't printout the receipt after I paid with credit card, had to stand in the queue just to get them to printout my receipt, some staffs didn't even know how to do that, have to wait for them to call someone who knew.
Why having all those fancy self-ordering stations, when they are not fully functional or convenient for the customer???response / report this review -

Its a great place nice and cosy well lay out. The staff are friendly and polite, the drinks are nice as well as the McCafe food but the other food is really ordinary and sometimes bad. But the food does matter a lot so that's why I give it three stars.

Worst coffee ever i have experienced in any macdonalds. Went there because it always hit and miss at cafes. Think the coffee machine needed cleaning or something. Couldnt drink it :(

The drive through is alright. But the managers at the front counter are just horrible.. My daughter is a regular, almost every day, sometimes twice/thrice. Ordering the same drink, large coff frapp 4x drizz. They treat the drizz like it's liquid gold, some managers won't allow you to purchase any more than 4x (although she's cleared with other managers), and they are really rude about it, she's even experienced name calling and bullying. The young ones are lazy and use empty bottles and empty cans of whipped cream, and when told to get a new bottle or can, but they blatantlyto ignore what they are told. $7.30 is a lot spend on a drink, you want your money's worth!
