I love the cosiness and the homeliness of this motel. The staff are so friendly they even ring to double check their notes to make sure you have your room number if arriving late. This little bit of extra service was a surprise. Arriving late and tired to a comfy room makes all the difference. Just in love with this place. A definite to stay again if ever am back this way.

Melton Motor Inn is situated in the perfect location to everything. It is a very clean friendly and helpful place to stay. Would recommend it to anyone. We are going back. Thank you for your hospitality.

Excellent experience, very affordable for me staying 1 night, on a Foldable Portable Bed, but my Family was staying there for a few days, especially the young at heart Genator, All the workers are hhhhot, very nice quality dispensers, Soaps, Shampoos & Conditioners. The best thing is when I heard, this IT'S ONLY ME?, so our door is always open to them. No matter what we are doing, will come back & recommend to everyone. XOXOXXOOXXXOOO. thank you, see use next time.

I stayed in Melton motor in back in July with 2 friends. Amazing apartment very clean and we left it all the same. This time round i decided to suggest we stay there again as i loved it so much. I called booked the apartment over the phone and was asked to provide photo ID.A week later TODAY when my partner was checking in, he was asked for photo ID which he gave his passport as his wallet was stolen and both our licenses were in his wallet. The lady then persisted to say "unfortunately you will need to provide photo ID AND a $250 bond". the $250 bond was not specified over the phone and we did not pay at previous stay.She continued on Blaming it on a couple last week who had trashed the place, i explained that was understandable but i did not appreciate this little suprise!!. Once i agreed to both she then started hounding me saying they thoroughly check over the apartment at checkout and I felt as those i was being bullied into cancelling the booking. Unfortuantely the apartments are lovely but the staff need to learn people skills. Worst service!!
