The phone staff and reception staff were helpful. The female vet is not focused on the customer/animal and kept us waiting while she attended to other things. This is the first time we took our pet to the vet and she was rough and ready. We asked the questions. She was totally distracted. A bad example of poor customer service in a great building. We don't want to go back!!☹️

My boy was booked in for surgery. I found all staff very friendly which made me comfortable leaving him in their care. He is now home recovering well. I had also applied for vetpay and the process was also very quick and easy with the finance officer. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Fantastic service - have had so many occasions where a stray dog / cat / injured bird / wallaby has wandered into our workplacewe just take them straight here and they look after them wonderfully

Called after hours on the 17/1/17 during the night for an emergency. My dog was weak, collapsing, had pale gums, rapid breathing, was vomiting and had not eaten. The vet wasn't interested in opening up and kept telling me to come back when they were open in the morning!! Kuranda Veterinary Surgery saw my dog instead where he was diagnosed with diabetes and was severely hypoglycemic. Hypoglycemia can lead to seizures, coma, and death, which can all happen very suddenly. Marlin Coast Veterinary Hospital advertise they provide an after-hours emergency service, yet only if they can be bothered getting out of bed!

This place is great and I'll never take my dog to another vet again. My pregnant dam was having complications after birthing three pups so they provided help over the phone AND booked an immediate appointment. So friendly and helpful!!

I can't recommend Marlin Coast enough. Dr Nikki did such a fantastic job when our kitten was sick. The practice is fantastic and the staff are perfect. They went above and beyond to help us! 110% recommend Nikki! I would never take my pets anywhere else.
