Chris from happy travels was so friendly and helpful. It's very scary travelling on your own if you dont know what you are doing but he made me feel very comfortable and at ease. So polite and lovely

Really happy with my experience with happy travels! Ryan at planned my whole east coast trip for me I'm Cairns. He picked the perfect tours for what I wanted and gave me the best price around. And now I'm having a sweet time! Thanks Ryan!!

I would 100% reccomend Happy Travels employment services to anyone looking to find work. The service I received from Alex was excellent as she was able to find me work on 2 occasions in such a short space of time. She has great knowledge of the jobs available and was able to give me a lot of advice taking the stress away from job hunting. Great value for money! :)

I recently booked my east coast with happy travels. I got a really good deal better than elsewhere and i had all my travel, trips and most of my accomdation sorted upfront which made it a lot easier for me. Chris was really helpful and gave me good options and various price levels for the east coast id definitely recommend booking with them.

just got back from my east coast trip, was super nervous about going it alone at nearly 30 but the guys at happys were so helpful, they literally designed the perfect combination of trips for me and shockingly it didn't break the bank! Shout out to Chris in particular for being at the end of the phone along the way if ever I forgot what I was doing or where I needed to be - Whitsundays really is paradise! Cheers legend!

Unfortunately you have to at least give 1 star! That are absolutely shocking and only interested in your money. They took 300 dollars from me and a friend for there job finding service to then send us 11 hours on a bus which cost us another 110 dollars each to what they told us was a tomatoe farm with loads of work for months. Got there to pay the the corrupt landlord of the worst Irish pub I've ever seen a further 220 dollars rent for a week plus 50 dollars deposit to later that day find out it was an aubergine (nightmare) farm with hardly any work. my friend left after 3 daysI stayed for a week to get one day's work that the farm never even payed me for.

Just happened but was greeted by one of the staff outside and I explained that I was just on my way out of Cairns and wasnt interested in their services then proceedes to berate me in public saying that he ' didnt ask for my whole life story'. 5otally inapropriate

For the job placement desk: SCAM.
They placed and sent me out to a pub in the outback that was NOT what I signed on for. The place was dangerous and everyone there was packing up and leaving because of this. When I contacted Happy Travels about this they seemed unconcerned, and hard to get a hold of. Since I had already paid them, thats all they cared about. Don't waste your money as they will not make sure the work place is safe for you, and once you hand over the fee, they wont care either.response / report this review -

Me and my boyfriend booked our Fraser Island and Whitsundays trips through Charles in the Cairns store after a recommendation from friends. He really listened to what we wanted and narrowed the trips down to a few suitable options for us. We've just got back from our Whitsundays trip and were so pleased it was everything Charles said it would be. We are now passing on the recommendation to our friends! Great service and great trip!!

GREAT STAFF, GREAT PRICES.
If your looking for the cheapest way to book trips in Cairns i strongly recommend you visit Happy Travels. I booked a reef trip when I first arrived in Cairns and after i had such a enjoyable time I went back every time I was looking to do any of the tourist attractions. The staff at Happy Travels treated mer like one of their friends and gave me good, honest advice.response / report this review
