  Really nice place. A bit old but spacious and has all amenities. Walking distance to CBD. Great for business trips. Friendly staff

  Very positive experience. The staff upgraded our room at no extra charge and let us check on early. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel had plenty of amenities including an in-house restaurant, pool, sauna and gym.

  Great location, within short walking distance to Canberra Centre and restaurants. Single apartment was clean, lounge room was spacious with an good sized outdoor balcony. Bathroom needed to be cleaned. Great amenities eg: washing machine. Secure onsite parking at a cheap rate for 24hrs per car. Good customer service with attention to detail. Would highly recommend the Mantra on Northbourne.

  Reasonable sized rooms that are clean and well kept. Staff were really friendly and the location of the hotel is only a short walk from some amazing restraunts and shopping

  Ticks all the boxes, superior suite was spacious and comfortable, apartment living with daily housekeeping. Location is central but you will have to pay for parking. Internet will cost you but Telstra reception is great. Late 90s early 00s style interior and clean. The restaurant has good dinner options.

  Nice spacious rooms good location. Parking is usually ok if not to busy. Restaurant down stairs is great and staff more than accommodating.

  A relatively cost effective hotel. Nothing flash, but clean easy to get to and, most importantly, close to good coffee.

  Room was very large, and clean. All we could have asked for but. upon checking out, I was charged for 2 instant coffees (yes instant coffees - from a sachet that I made myself), despite not being listed on the mini bar price list. No one has the right to charge $4 for a tiny cup of instant coffee! Even caravan parks have complimentary tea and coffee!!!

  Our stay was very pleasant with courteous staff and clean rooms. The location is fantastic, you're right in the middle of town but far enough away that the creatures of the night won't bother you.
  
  A little on the expensive side for what you actually get but overall I can recommend this hotel to anyone putting that little bit extra value on convenience over quantity.

  Room was great quality, and was able to check in at late notice. Close to shopping centres and food outlets. Good complimentary toiletries.
