i would give them 0 if i have option..i suggest everyone please dont book tickets with them if you want to but a ticket and go thats fine with mann travel but if you need to make any changes once you bought a ticket then they become horrible they charge you equal to the ticket price for any changeswhen you buying a ticket then they are very polite and good but when you need to make any changes then they will shower all rules and regulations on you in a different mode of speakingplease buy directly from the website its much easier if you need to make any changes in future.stay away from this dodgy mann travel

I have very bad experience with maan travel..
When I book the ticket on that time they was gud..
And when I call them to change the time of ticket they haven’t call back and said to me they will call me within 24 hours..
I told them it’s urgent but 3 to 4 times I call them and they just saying call u with in 5 minuets but no one call back .. then I call directly to jet qantas airway I ask them to cancel tickets they saying they will refund me through maan travel.. but maan travel sayings we can’t refund u bacause airline haven’t refunded but airlines saying they refund to maan travel because they was my agent to book tickets. still Mann travel haven’t refund..
So guys don’t go for maan travel..
Book the tickets online.

They used to be good but not anymore. After the last time I booked a ticket with them (which was also overpriced) and I had to hold and be transferred between different consultants for an hour, they also sold my details to marketing agencies. I have been getting so much irrelevant spam mail since I booked with them. Do not recommend.

Booked tickets over the phone. They were instant and very good with customer service. But it changed, when I tried to call them to update/change the ticket, they have 24 hours call back policy(No instant help) and a special team to attend the requests(which seems trained to rip off). When received a call back and heard their charges, I was shocked.
This taught me one thing. “Never book tickets from MANN travels in the future. Not sure about any other travel agents”. I called airlines directly to ask if they can help. But they denied and told me to contact travel agent instead(because I have booked tickets through a travel agent). That means I have to pay 💰 whatever they Charge. I will always book tickets directly from airline’s website. I thought it’s worth to write a feedback here which may help others to learn from my mistake.

Do not give them your email ID. Booked my tickets with them yesterday. Since then I am getting spam emails. Never got these type of emails before. Just a word of advice.

I have used this company couple of times before. Previous experience was never a highlight or low light. It was kinda neutral like any other travel agent.
But this time I spoke to this guy name Manish Verma. What a professional polite and expert he was. No body ever spoken before in such a respectful way from Mann travel. Not to mention the guy who picked my call for second time was not interested in talking to me. He called when he said he will. Explained all in details. All in honesty it's just the way he spoke with me.
I think Mann travel needs this guy to coach rest of the team. If I ever open a business I would definitely offer him job.
Great work Manish you are an asset to the company.

Very very pathetic service. Booked my tickets through them for the first time and was given false information. The staff is not having appropriate information. They never call back as they promise. Unsatisfactory and would never recommend in future.

Recently booked a ticket to India which was a breeze. The staff Mona was extremely prompt, patient and cordial. Got a great deal and a fantastic service. Will be using it for all future travels.

Literally, I would have to say this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I honestly considered walking to India, it was so difficult trying to organise flights through Mann. About 5x, they promised they would call me back in 30 minutes and they never once did. They never called me back. Ever.

Its a pity that Google doesnt allow to rate 1/2 star. Its absolutely a disgrace that MANN TRAVEL guys are allowed run a business in Australia that doesnt follow any of the Australian standards or ethics. These guys are absolutely unethical and will do anything to rip off customers. In my case I was sent 6 itineraries one after the other after they found cheaper tickets despite me paying earlier. I took time to collect the data of malpractice to explain to the supervisor and she conveniently kept on refusing the malpractice / cheating by the travel agent. I will take it to fair trade and ATAS until end. Customers please stay away from MANN TRAVEL

I booked tickets with Mann travel for my honeymoon package to Fiji islands. The ticket price was really very affordable as compared to others. The lady at the help desk was very helpful throughout the travel booking process.
