Mattress was amazing from these guys at first, but hasn't continued that way. I've slept on other mattresses and think I wouldn't shop with these guys again unfortunately.

Paid the full price for a mattress, which I was told would take a few days to make in the factory. The next day I changed my mind about the mattress (found a cheaper, better one elsewhere). A day or so later I was told that although the bed had not even begun to be made in the factory, I could not get any refund. After much negotiation I very reluctantly agreed to give the manager $50 to cancel the order. BEWARE THESE PEOPLE DON'T GIVE ANY REFUNDS, UNLESS YOU BRIBE THEM.

Good attentive service and products are in stock and can be picked up immediately. Like with anything, not all mattresses will suit everyone. Good value and made locally.

I have not had the pleasure of purchasing anything from here, however I did have a good chat/quote with one of the staff there who was very helpful and friendly.

I've purchased from Makin Mattresses three times in the past five years. Every time they've been very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. The beds we have brought home for our family have been excellent quality and as such every time we've needed a new mattress for our growing family we've gone to these guys.

We got great service from this store. We bought a $2400 latex mattress but discovered after some weeks that the way it held body impressions was not for us. We returned it a bit outside the warranty period but the manager still permitted us to exchange it. We have decided to go with inner spring, and the store refunded us the difference, minus a return fee. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the manager seemed more interested in matching us with the right mattress than in selling us the highest-priced option. Good on you, Makin Mattresses, great service.
