They convinced me to buy a piece of crap. When I call to return it, aprox 4 days after still in its original, unopened package!!! they said they were going to discount more than $200 dollars And that was after I threatened to sue them if they didn't allow me to return it. And the manager was treating me awful the whole time.

Jackson is a great guy, very helpful, he's the only reason why this place is getting any stars. Manager is absolutely atrocious. There was a mix up with the delivery, and he failed to defuse the situation; rather, he thought it was best to get defensive land fall into a slanging match with me, telling me quote "the customer is not always right". Finally spoke to the drivers, who admitted the error. The manager desperately needs to learn some basic customer service skills. I hate to think what happens in more serious situations.

Went in this morning and was looking for a washing machine, after walking around this salesman come and ask us if we need any assistance i said sure, my first question to him was what is the difference between a top loader and front loader his answer to my question from this highly trained salesman was surprisingly shocking "the top loader open from the top and the front loader opens from the front" it took me 3 mins to pull my logic back and walk out of the shop .
