Disgusting, rude and idiotic service. Prepare to be pissed off if buying here. They just want your money at any cost and most of their products are Chinese imports made with a freedom sticker.

If i could give this store a zero I would.
We purchased some items from this store back on July 2nd. We asked for all the items to be held at the store until the big furniture piece arrived. Instead of holding our items together they on-sold our rugs to someone else who was in store at the time and told us that they have to "re-order" it again. This was after 10weeks of waiting. No apologies given, no explanation. Just "we sold it to someone else". We asked for the manager to call us.. no one called. Flash forward to 14 weeks waiting.
Still no call from anyone. We called to see if the rug was there yet. The explanation I just received was "Oh it was here.. but now it isnt".
Not good enough!! We don't live locally so it's not easy for us to just "pop on in to pick it up" but they didn't even call to let us know the rugs had arrived before they on-sold them again!!!!! We are still waiting on a call from management. This is not good enough!! This store should be ashamed at the way it treats there customers. We will never shop here again!.
