  Great bookshop full of interesting titles. Perfect for that next holiday read, whatever the season. Staff let you browse in peace but are happy to help if asked.

  A proper bookshop run by Meryl who knows her stock in the store inside out. We stay in Lorne twice a year and no visit is complete unless we visit Lorne Beach Books and add to our already extensive home library for our avid 7 and 5 year old readers with a recommendation from Meryl. If you're staying in Lorne or just stopping by, I highly recommend you stop by and get your next great read from here.

  We arrived at this bookshop just after the store had closed. The lovely attendant let us in, gave us great service & let us take our time.

  One of the nicest bookshops I've ever found. Great selection of books for kids, excellent quality, helpful staff, easily found books to suit the whole family.

  Living in Halls Gap makes it sometimes hard to organise presents. So I rang my FAVOURITE BOOKSHOP IN THE WORLD and guess what. The book was here the next day!
