Grimey, dirty and hideously overpriced. It requires a full renovation or a knock down and rebuild. Very poorly kept, sticky vinyl floors in the bathroom, taps falling apart, microwave smelled. I better stop i don't have all day to list how disappointing our stay was.

Stayed here on my Great Ocean Road trip and I have to say I was quite disappointed with the place for the price it was, as its a proper motel everything costs money, the WiFi, the Coffee, and we bought our own milk, $4 for a 50gram bag of peanuts is pretty ridiculous, and $3 to use a sachet of coffee, also the room had atleast 3 or 4 defects, the bathroom sink hole had a fitting on it that was broken and pushed all the way down so no water would go down, I used the other end of my toothbrush to lift it up, one of the blinds had its string ripped out so we couldn't pull the blind up or down, also under the couch is a pullout bed which was completely yellow and disgusting, the TV remote was also left in terrible condition, needless to say for the price I paid I will not be staying in another comfort inn again.

Though it was moderately expensive, it was great to stay in. The rooms are clean and well lit, and the view was outstanding. The beds, the TV, the furniture and the room in general is kept in top shape. It was a pleasure to stay at.
The only real downside is the price of the room. It is not cheap, but not ridiculously expensive.

If the sales people that called out of the blue and pressured you into spending your money weren't so rude, might help in getting more people to go there.

You might have some great deals on, but if I don't have the money to spend, doesn't warrant being hung up on.

Definitely won't ever stay here.
