Cheap price, correct rooms, but incredble location, if you want to go to the center of Sydney using a ferry that drops you at the Opera

Great value guesthouse especially for the northern Sydney area. Some on-site parking and clean tidy rooms with a few squeaky floor boards as it is a grand older house. Some free on-site parking 6 spaces which are available on a first come basis. The parking is the reason for not giving 5 stars as they didnt make it clear on the website that parking isn't guaranteed.

I came for one week with my son in October . I was so happy to stay in this accomodation. I traveled a lot in my life and I Ve been in many lodges and hotels. This one is so far the best place I ever been.! It is really clean , and having our room next to the kitchen,I was a bit worried about cockroaches. But we Didn't see any at all.
The young woman doing the cleaning put so much effort to make all the rooms super clean and tidy. And she was always smiling and so nice. We had the first day a light globe broken, so I went to the office where a young man straight away gave us a new one ! All the staff is fantastic,very welcoming,and they always have a smile to give. The Internet is good. The kitchen has everything you need. We loved this place and we will definitely come back!!

They really need to change their carpets and bed sheets. They were dirty and had a strong stink. On a good side i like the location of hotel. Easy to catch a ferry or bus.

The room was basic but pleasant and had everything we needed. The location of the room was fantastic with a small verandah straight into the front courtyard

Stayed a couple of nights here.Good sized room with a fridge. Clean and pleasant place to stay. Bathroom is small but modern and clean.There is also a laundry and we'll kitted out kitchen for cooking in. Right beside the Neutral Bay Wharf to catch the ferry into town.

Two stops on the ferry from Circular Quay. Stay is good for its price. Easy access to the city and Luna Park. Rooms are clean. [ Shared bathrooms ]
