Quick service, ok prices, special fried rice is always very tasty. Rendang was ok, but satay was a bit disappointing.
Fast takeaway service, inexpensive, and the food tastes great.
One of the worst Chinese food I have had. The food wasn't very nice and the service was a bit slow.
My Malaysian go to place in Canberra. Seriously understated, this little shop puts out the good stuff consistently with fast old school family run service that you can rely on. I can't recommend this place highly enough for either lunch or dinner, takeaway or dine in. Try it out you won't be disappointed.
Great food! Great price! Great service. My new favourite no frills Chinese.
Just a great place for a meal with friends. Very casual but great food and service.
I can't have gluten and I'm so grateful for this place! The lady very kindly helped me out and suggested many dishes, she even altered certain dishes I wanted to eat in order for it to be gluten free. Very delicious! 👍
Real home cooked beautiful food and family friendly staff
Went there with wife for a early dinner and the owner was quite rude and made us feel not welcomed at all. We got served with bizarre tasting Nasi Goreng which was way overcooked and lacked any sort of flavour in it. We ordered the beef nasi goreng and hardly I could find any meat pieces there. Satay sticks were deep fried and extremely dry. Peanut sauce was dodgy. I've never received such poor services from any restaurant in my life. The owner made us feel that if you aren't Asian, you aren't welcome here. Will never go back there again and please stay away from this awful restaurant.
Family owned and run. Great food and service. We've been going there for years. It's my 11 year old daughter's favourite restaurant.
I dropped by this restaurant for the first time after finding them online since I'm new to Canberra. I was surprised of the rude service. They were not accommodating at all and made strangers feel really weird.
After a hard days ride from Eden, a substantial Beef Chow Mein was what I wanted. And they have it, for an excellent price. Better value than KFC.
Really good service, didnt wait long for food when dining in. 5/5 stars
I've been going weekly to this restaurant and have learnt a lot about it. I usually do not post reviews but everyone needs to understand this. Leong kitchen is only a small family business. I've observed that the restaurant is run by only two people! It's incredible! Their young daughter works there sometimes as well. People question why they don't hire more people but it's incredibly hard to find the right people these days. It's not that easy. I've seen a few times where customers have complained about the space and make a big deal out of things. Mistakes do happen and people shouldn't complain about the space or decoration. They're not trying to be a high class restaurant. What do you expect? They cook great food and usually cook very quickly as well! It's not too expensive considering other prices I've seen around Canberra. It's quite reasonable. I've learnt a lot and wish people would be more open minded about this restaurant and compassionate towards the owners.
