Thank you to the lovely ladies at Legends Bridal. On Sunday, my daughter collected her wedding dress from a dressmaker, who had sadly not done what was required, so my daughter was left with no dress, less than 2 weeks before she flies to Bali for her wedding. A quick phone call to Legends Bridal on Sunday, and a calming response from the lady who answered and invited my daughter to come straight away (even without an appointment) followed by a long drive to Joondalup, resulted in my daughter finding an absolutely stunning gown which fits as if it was made for her and at an extremely reasonable price. I could not recommend them more highly for their customer service and ability to deal with "a bride on the edge". Thank you ladies :)

Great store. The staff were wonderful and very experienced, and there's a ton of dresses in a range of sizes for very good prices. I got my dress for half off the original price. Highly recommended.

Walked in - was made to feel very unwelcome. Found the owner to be very rude. Every dress that was to be tried on I was told that it won't fit it's to small (to find that it fitted fine). I'm a size 12 but was made to feel like I was much larger then that. Will never be returning. Only positive is that that an employee was lovely. Wish I had her from the beginning and didn't have to deal with the owner.

Prices were good and the dresses beautiful. The staff is really friendly and made the process easy and stress free. With the exception of walking in the first time, they made appointments for each visit so we never had to wait to be helped. They were very accommodating as well with my schedule for tailoring appointments and pick ups! Came here off a recommendation from a neighbour and I now recommend it to anyone looking for wedding and/or bridesmaids dresses (we got both!) in the Perth area.

Very disappointed in this store. Walked in an started looking at dresses- bit hard to do as they're all in plastic bags. A lady in very casual attire approached us and asked us what we were looking for. Looked me up and down when I said no strapless and said "that will be hard as these are all strapless". Their website says they cater to all sizes (me being a bigger person was super excited at this). Found that they had limited (ie. 1) dress in a plus size.
Went to try the dress on and she very rudely told me to undress, as I was standing in my underwear she peaked her head out to disuss something and left the curtin open!.
The dress was white and I said I wasn't keen on it, the lady became so insistent I have the white that I got the impression she just wanted to get rid of that dress.
Very rude and unhelpful staff. Will be warning all brides about this shop.

I bought my dress from here and it was the best experience of my life. The ladies were lovely, my dress was beautiful and they are wonderful in helping me through some issues with the dry cleaner throwing my veil away. I highly recommend this bridal store :) 10/10 xx

I would just like to say how wonderful the ladies are at legends bridal. I was struggling to get all my 5 bridesmaids together during the store opening hours so Linda opened up the shop specially for me on a Sunday! I am very grateful, she was very welcoming and made me feel really special. The girls dresses are stunning and the separate colour swatch I asked for (and was not charged for) came in only a week and a half after ordering. I highly recommend legends bridal to anyone looking for good old-fashioned friendly customer service without any fuss. Thankyou Linda and girls!!
