Great service. We had a balancing issue with Dynamic steel wheels but the guys got it sorted. Eventually changed to CSA rims with locating rings. All a bit annoying but the guys done the best they could do and the end product was worth it. Highly recommended.

These guys are fantastic. I dropped in needing a new tyre and was short on time. Not only did they have one tyre on sale they ordered the other three in and gave me loan car to get on with my afternoon. I couldn’t have received better or more knowledgeable service. Who would had though getting new tyres could have been pleasurable!

I am a pedantic pain in the a## customer who has to "spreadsheet" every option before making a decision and even then, I reserve the right to change my mind 5 times.
Craig was able to give me food for thought, and point me in the right direction to do my research. Product knowledge was bang-on and the end result was absolutely the best bang for my buck with a really well priced package that provided a tick in EVERY one of my boxes.
1. Grip on wet road
2. Deep tread, long wearing tyre that can take some off-road punishment
3. Reputable brand
4. Larger diameter and width but fully legal
5. White lettering
6. New stylish wheels that will optimise the larger tyre fit
7. Tight budget
He was patient, polite and courteous at all times. Once my order had been placed, both he and Darren communicated really well to keep me in the loop with supply timelines, and took care of everything. Once completed, I got a comprehensive handover and constantly felt that I had made a good investment.
Now, I cannot walk away from my car without looking back to admire the result. Big thumbs up to everyone.response / report this review -

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Craig and the team at Bob Jane in Osborne Park. They helped me out big time this morning when I had an issue with a lost wheel nut - thank you - great customer service! I've purchased tyres from these guys before and they were were flexible and were the best value that I could find - couldn't recommend them enough and I will definitely be back!

First time I've used these guys and I recommend them to anyone wanting tyres fitted or balancing and alignment work done to a high level of precision. The guys did an awesome job sorting out balance and alignment issues on my X5, on the day I called them, and within the time-frame they specified. The price was very reasonable too, great value for sure. Craig the workshop manager was brilliant and I will definitely be going back. Fantastic service, thanks guys! :)
Update - just visited the store again and once again, the service was absolutely top notch. This time I had a new set of tyres fitted. Craig recommended and fitted a set that suit the car perfectly. Awesome job done by the team at T-mart! Brand new tyres and rims for my Delica (Ng Goodrich all/t + black rims 15' ). Looks stunning, you know what you re paying for ;) Very good, friendly and super knowledgable team, Craig and his team have been amazing on tips and recommendations.

Another hassle-free experience!!
I've been a customer here for around 10 years now & have never had an issue at all. The guys are always so pleasant to deal with, from the moment I make the call to the moment I drive off.
I always leave knowing a good job has been done & left informed of the current situation of my wheels/tyres.
