Very expensive toys. And return policy not easy like kmart or target. Be careful when u choose items. They do need to refund but u must fall under rules. Not convenient or easy like other stores in return policy.

Didn't have what I was looking for and was about $20 more expensive than bigW for o e thing I did want I managed to find a few fillers. The shop is big but didn't seem to have as much of a range as I expected.

Wide range of toys! Quite a big section for baby stuff as well (babies"r"us). Staff were friendly and helpful.

Waited 10 mins at checkout, while a woman constantly kept going back to get items. The cashier was oblivious to the fact that I was there. I left the trolley of items, about $700.00 there and left her to attend to the 7.50 tea set. Never again disgraceful.

I've lived in the area for years, and not once have I had any good customer service there. When picking up boxes from out the back, several times they have brang out the wrong box and with no apologies, also boxes are always mangled to the point of them almost being pried open? Just seems strange. No-one is helpful. The only reason I even gave it any stars is because of their stock. Toys you can't get from Kmart etc.

After struggling for weeks to acquire the perfect swing set combo for our girls for Christmas, store manager Kate pulled out all the stops to make it happen and at a price that just couldn't be beaten anywhere! At the busiest time of the year, Her service and kind manner brings home the joy of Christmas!

Never have any stock! Staff on the floor are so rude and couldn't care less about there job more bothered about talking to there friends and not looking professional one bit. Trying to call them is a joke kept being put into the wrong department when I wanted to know if they had a item In stock after 30 mins on hold to be told no.

Found one of the store managers to be exceptionally helpful, she went above and beyond to help me to fix an issue with a buy one get one at 50% off issue. Even though she could have ignored my issue and given me an excuse to simply avoid sorting it out she spent the time rectifying the issue and was pleasant the entire time offering a cheery smile and a HUMAN level of understanding. She deserves a huge thank you and I hope she is appreciated for her win win attitude. Simply cannot find well mannered helpful retail staff these days so thanks again you made my day and I will defiantly be returning to the Joondalup store in the future for Pokemon cards.
