Amazing, I love coming to Kim, she is so patient with my super sensitive skin when feathering my brows. I can’t stress enough how important the no caffeine/alcohol requirement is. I had a touch up today and it was flawless whereas my appointment prior was double the time as Kim patiently tried to stop the sensitivity and calm my skin down. A recommend a week with no caffeine/alcohol and it’s a pain free and fairly quick appointment!
I’ve had so many compliments today and I’ve been seeing Kim for a few years now!

Kim and Alex are both amazing! I am so happy with my brows, they look natural and exactly what I wanted. I’ve had brow lamination and feathering done with Lux and both services were incredible, my brows have never looked better. Couldn’t recommend Kim more!

Always exceptional service at Lux Brows and Lashes. For someone who has very sensitive skin from severe facial burns a few years ago I have always been made to feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the process. Went in for a colour refresh with Kim and my brows are fabulous. Thank you Kim and your beautiful team for creating such a beautiful studio, always love my visits!

My experience at Lux Brows and Lashes was terrific! I had my brows feathered many years ago at another local recommended establishment. Was a less than desirable experience. In fact I hated my brows that much I didn’t go back to my touch up appointment and it put me off of getting my brows feathered ever again. After following Kim for quite some time on social media, I decided to give it another go. From my initial appointment to my second touch up, the experience has been very different! Kim and her staff are professional, informative, personable and engaging. Kim takes brow perfection to another level. Kim is the epitome of brow perfection. I am glad I waited as long as I did for my appointment as it was certainly worth it. I love my brows. They are natural and beautifully shaped. Exactly what I wanted. Would absolutely recommend Lux Brows and Lashes.

Absolutely the best in the business. Professional, clean and friendly. Kim is a master magician with brows. From the first consultation through to the first feathering appointment and then colour refresh the girls were amazing, answering questions and making sure I was comfortable with what was going to happen.. i need to cross town to get to Kim but I won't let anyone else touch my brows. Do not hesitate to go to Lux they are amazing. As Kim says "Trust the process" and you will end up with amazing brows!
