So disappointed. she cancelled my appointment due to her misunderstanding. (she didn't read message properly) It wasn't my fault. she took consult fees from my deposit, i knew it says on policy but still.. i'm very disappointed. I wonder why she didn't refund straight away at that time if she thought that i wanted to cancel. I had to follow up everyday until i get it back. Very unprofessional.

I had my eye brows and lash liner done for the first time by Louise, honestly couldn’t be happier, Louise did an amazing job with the colour and the design and was very professional, She made me feel comfortable from the start even though I was very nervous about my lash liner, walked out of there feeling very happy about my decision to get this done.
Highly recommend her to anybody wanting any cosmetic tattooing done
