I wish there was a 0 star option!

We requested a river view, high floor apartment, we had level 1 I think and a lovely view of the car park!

The air conditioning barely worked, the bed was rock hard, the place was filthy. Stains on the couches, marks all over the walls, a bit of glass attached to the mirror for the wardrobe with double sided tape as the "handle" to open and close it, skirting boards coming away from the walls, dead bugs on the bench, rust on the fridge, the floor was filthy. I wish I wore shoes inside so my feet didn't get so dirty.
We were there for about 30 minutes then moved to another hotel. Absolutely terrible place.
Refund was refused also.

Don't waste your time here.

Oaks or Rivera are so much better!

Great! Have stayed here about 3 times now, each time have been satisfied,apartments are very spacious and welcoming, great balcony and views, very tidy and clean, front desk staff were a little unorganized, tho they were very polite. will defiantly stay there again.
