Absolutely love the place, I live there for 3-4 months every year, stayed everywhere else in Mackay nothing compares, clean tidy rooms that don't smell like hospital detergent and fantastic friendly staff. New owners are great too!

I haven't even checked in yet and I'm having second thoughts about staying. The receptionist is very rude and not very helpful at all. She definitely shouldn't be working in hospitality. If I was her boss I would sack her ass and kick her to the kurb. I will never stay here again.
