Wonderful place to eat and to have a function. Intimate, cosy setting with immaculate presentation (sparkling clean glasses and tableware) and prompt, quick service. The hosts David and Ben are fabulous, and great to have a yarn with. Friendly, welcoming environment and fabulous home made food! Meals are served quickly and spot on. Thanks guys!

Clean and comfy and nice and quiet too. This is my preferred place to stay when I'm here for business. Great reception staff that greet you like you are a VIP.

We have lived in Stawell since 1993 and consider ourselves lucky to have such a good restaurant in a small country town.
Experienced chef Dave, who the place, puts up top quality restaurant fair for the same prices as the disappointing meals at the local bistros.
The room is lovely and oozes the local gold rush history.
The only complaint I have is that the menu doesn't change often enough and so we've had the lot over time.
Keep it up.
