The hubby and I are extremely happy with the friendly professional help we received while purchasing our new family caracol. These guys are absolutely disgusting. We purchased a camper trailer just before the covid19 shutdown, we were able to do a shake down only to find multiple things wrong with it that I will not go into as I got a measly $200 from them to take down my initial review. We then took it camping after the lock down only to find the shock absorbers were shot. We are still waiting for their response 3 weeks after advising them. DO NOT purchase anything from them, if you value your money. Be happy to share the whole story.

We’ve recently purchased a new Franklin Arrow caravan from Kratzmann Caravans. The entire experience was extremely positive, many thanks to Jason Gorman, Graeme and Ken too for a brilliant handover!
Our first trip to try out everything went extremely well with no problems at all.

The sales staff (Jackson) was a courteous and professional person to deal with, which gave us confidence in the purchasing of our new Essential Exceed caravan. The handover process was very efficient and effective, with all our questions answered in a language we understood.
A overall good customer service experience, and I would recommend Kratzmann to any person looking at buying a recreational vehicle.
