A big thanks to Ginnydeep Gulati from ARG Finance This is our second home loan and honestly we were bit lost with all the requirements . we couldn’t think of anyone else than the masters of finance ARG Finance.
Mr Ginny Gulati Is extrememly patient to answer all our questions throughout the whole process. The best thing about his work is the transparency with all the numbers. One of my colleague referred Vinay for processing my home loan application . I am happy to share my experience with vinay who did the process for me.
I am very much impressed with his knowledge and professionalism . His turnaround time is really good he will answer the calls and clarify your doubts during business and non business hours as well. It is extremely flexible to work with him.

We bought our first home through Ginny. We found Ginny extremely helpful and always available to answer any queries, especially outside of working hours and even drove to us to have the contracts signed. He is very responsive and has remarkable knowledge in this domain. He knows what is needed and how to get it done !
Our initial meeting he quickly assessed our finances and guided us with great detail on how best we can prepare ourselves to secure a loan. He maintained regular communication and gave us periodic updates after the loan was submitted. He diligently followed up with the bank and quickly had the loan approved with our minimal involvement.
We are stoked to have been approved due to Ginny exceptional service. We highly recommend his service for anyone out there looking to secure a loan of any kind !response / report this review -

Ginny was fantastic and extremely helpful through the whole process of my partner and I buying our first home. He was always available at any time of day or night when we had questions and was so patient even when we’d ask the same questions more than once.

Ginny has been great to work with and he has shown the highest level of professionalism. Ginny was able to interpret all the financial jargon into layman terms so that we could understand with ease in securing our loan.
Ginny conducted himself in a very professional manner which was second to none and was understanding, positive and dealt with our emotional needs and stress throughout the mortgage process, which put us at ease.
Ginny went above and beyond, taking phone calls at early hours of the morning or late at night, he even ventured out to my work place to get paperwork signed. I couldn't recommend Ginny enough and I'm very appreciative for all his efforts, as they were impeccable! A big thank you to Ginny, now we have our own home!
