Not a bad Kmart. It's really big and it never shuts. Would be nice if staff to help you were more abundant but other than that it's great

Deliveries of your favourite kmart products are multiple throughout the week. Always full of people and the most popular shop in all of Blacktown. Has markdown racks and sometimes surprises with an extra cheap price scanned at the register. We love it.

I am definitely a huge fan of Kmart and I love that this one is 24hrs. I have been coming to this one for nearly 5yrs and as of late I have noticed their store and customer service is starting to go downhill. The clothing sizes do not match up to the sizing on the hangers which causes a lot of confusion and is generally untidy. There are usually lines for self service because it is very rare that staff are at the counters. I still love Kmart but I now look for other Kmarts to go to.

Kmart is definitely one of my favourite stores. There is always something amazing to find hidden on a shelf. And everything is so cheap! I come here for clothes, shoes, books, craft paper and trims.. you name it, Kmart has it!

I just love the variety, and i could spend hours browsing. Today I spent $200 and i got two side tables and six cushions for my outdoor dining set, and a whole load of homewares. Ths staff were awesome too and very courteous and helpful.

Love that this Kmart is not in a shopping centre. It's so easy to quickly pickup bits and pieces from Kmart with their convenient car park.

A number of customers including myself were extremely disappointed in the lack of staff at checkouts. The poor girl was rushing everywhere to help as many customers as she could. She is definitely to be commended for her dedication. She apologized for keeping people waiting. NOT HER FAULT. She asked for help but none was provided. Jackie

Not the best quality goods.. but you get a reasonable return for your money.
What I hate about this place is that like many other stores, K-Mart is hell-bent on forcing people into the self-serve queue. I DON'T do self-serve for the simple fact that if every one of us lined up to check-out ourselves, most of the staff in these stores will lose their jobs and we will never get any help when we need it. And if anyone thinks that K-Mart will share the savings with their customers by lowering the prices.. well they're dreaming.

Open 24 hours! Fantastic when the Westpoint closes. They have a good range of just about everything, everything is easy to find, but unfortunately, there are no seats outside to wait on (if waiting for someone to pick you up).

I went to Kmart Blacktown to purchase a bar fridge. Jacob from the service desk arranged a staff member to obtain a cage and place the bar fridge in it. We then went to the service desk and Jacob processed the payment and then met me at the Loading Dock to place it into my car. Great customer service Jacob you are an asset to Kmart Blacktown. Sales assistants aren't opportubistic and don't ask if you need help when you're standing in the middle of the store and they're packing shelves. It's a big place so things can get messy quite easily but it's always a disaster zone. The only areas cleaned/set up nicely is the home area and tech area.
