Very slow service and very poor communication resulting in us having to hire a car at the very last moment when we had been told by this service that ours would be ready. The delay was available - they had just not done the job they said they would do.

I've been servicing my Lexus and Merc with these guys for a few years and never been an issue. Very reasonably priced and convenient. Great communication too.

Very bad experience and very rude staff. Took to fix my car and instead broke my suspension system. Very unprofessional people and definitely not worth it to save few bucks.

Got a puncture right in the middle of 1.5 year old tire. They first told me they couldn't repair the puncture cuz puncture is near the side of the tire then they told me my tire is worn out and needs a replacement when in fact car had been serviced at the VW dealer's service center less than a month ago and was told tire is in good condition. I took my car to other repairer near by and was fixed in less than 10 min for $20. no doubt kmart is dodgy service center

Ordered some performance tyres via KTAS, they price matched and added a further discount, way cheaper than anywhere else for those particular tyres including Tempe tyres. Tyres arrived at Broadway next day. Staff were friendly, efficient and followed my requests. Happy with the experience.

I read all the negative reviews after I booked my car in for its pink slip and was quite apprehensive. However, I can happily say that the experience was great. Definitely going back next time. I can't speak to how they would go fixing serious mechanical problems, but if you need something done quickly and cheaply, go here.

No complains here. I got an appointment no problems for a wheel alignment. Was told to wait an hour and was finished in 50 minutes. Cheapest in town. Good service too.

Went to get a puncture repair done and it was quick and location was conveniently located. Detected slight problems post repairs however the store manager and personnel were courteous and fixed the problem right away.

Great service. They replaced my tyre and mended rim on the spot today, even tho they were really busy. It cost less than I expected, they were pleasant and helpful. Thanks guys.

Worst service I have ever received. They pretend that there are problems with the car and then overcharge for repairs. I ordered a part for the car and they charged me but still haven't delivered it despite claiming it was essential. The mechanic I took it to after said they didn't even do most of the 'repairs' they said they had. Seriously considering going to fair trading. Avoid at all costs!

Not sure what all the fuss is about from the other negative reviews. Probably impatient people expecting everything to be dropped for their own needs. I have used the guys a few times and their prices have been fair, their work has been good and their turnarounds prompt and well communicated. I'm sure they wouldn't have an issue redoing something that they missed. If you want perfection you'll have to pay in Sydney.
