  As an Ex-Student and Ex-Teacher at kingswim Macgregor I can confidently say that the teaching is more in depth than other swim schools. The staff and family's have created a great community feel when you walk in. I recommend kingswim to teach you and your family how to swim.

  Breakfast really hit the spot, coffee was great and the kids had fun making me 'breakfast' in the kids play area.

  Both my children go here and the staff/teachers are awesome. We were at another school and my children never seemed to move up but now my eldest is about to graduate

  All 4 children have been taught through this school, only 3 graduated. 1 was still going there, but have removed them due to instructors not paying enough attention to individual child, eg. clock watching, parent watching, too many children in class and constantly overlooked, oh and my favourite child almost drowned right in front of them, parents about to jump in. Making sure children do the whole 32 lessons before learning guarantee kicks in and then they make an effort to help them more. Disgusting! Also you ask for an assessment and they simply forget or do poorly timed assessment at the end of 2nd lesson where child is very tired.

  Water is warm and clean, which is great for babies and toddlers however lanes are typically very short (3-4meters) making it less suitable for medium and advanced learners.
  Direct debit is compulsory and accounting mistakes are frequently made resulting in over or double charges. Need to check credit card charges carefully and then call to resolve any issues which can be a pain for busy working parents.

  Changing swimming schools after witnessing a child drown and being pulled out purple from the water. Staff did not notice little girl floating face down in the water and didn't seem to know what to do. Not attentive at all
