My husband got my engagement ring designed by Ben many years ago. It is absolutely beautiful. I then got our wedding rings at Creations. And subsequently got a number of fabulous pieces from here. I don't go anywhere else and can't recommend them highly enough. All the staff are fabulous, friendly and helpful and Ben is a genius!

Absolutely not worth it, such an awful rip off! My fiancé had a ring designed by them which broke. We thought it must have been a design issue but ultimately it was poor craftsmanship. We redesigned it but I was not happy with the finished product. It barely fits now becaused they sized it so small and the shank is so thin, it digs into my finger. They refused to buy it back and I've gone to a few well known and reputable jewellers in sydney and found out they absolutely ripped us off. On top of that, as other reviewers have mentioned, the staff are very unhelpful and you can expect poor customer service.

Living in Canberra I had the luxury of being able to get rings made and remade by Ben, and have bought and received quite a few pieces from Creations for wedding, anniversaries and birthday gifts. Everything is excellent quality, very reasonably priced and the customer service we received was also the most personal and attentive we could have asked for. Ben was very careful to ensure that he was designing one ring accurately by making a model that I could check before committing to the purchase. I have moved to live interstate but will be taking one of Ben's rings back for a service shortly when I visit Canberra - I wouldn't take it to anyone else.

Took a ring to get a small stone set in the channel of the ring. Didn't call me to say they couldn't do it, but put a big lump of silver in where the stone was supposed to be instead which now has spoilt the integrity of the French flip ring!! On the other ring I specifically told the jeweller not to touch the setting holding the diamond on my engagement ring. The diamond was held in a platinum setting with tiny hearts hand made 50 years ago. The bottom of the ring was wearing thin where the two bands joined so he said he would fix that. When I got the ring he had completely set the diamond into a clumsy gold setting which didn't even resemble hearts and stamped plat and 16ct together on the band. I nearly cried to see this botch up. I cant look at my ring now, have had to put it away. I felt really sick. I specifically told him not to touch the setting and he didn't ring me on this one either. Wish I had left the rings as they were. If you want antique rings repaired go anywhere except here.

The jewelry design speaks for itself - unique yet classic with superb craftsmanship.

The four rings we have from Creations, including my engagement and wedding bands, garner compliments all the time.

Their customer service is hands down the best you'll find. Ever. We needed resizing and a repair, which they did beautifully. Jewelry repair can be a tricky business due to customer sentimental attachment and the intricate attention to detail required, but these folks really know how to get the job done beyond expectations.

When buying or bringing in a piece you know you're getting a guarantee of service and quality.

They are an overrated Canberra jewellery store owned and run by people that do not understand what customer service is at all. Stay away. My rings are lovely but seriously the customer service was so bad on several occasions that its totally not worth the investment. Its worth driving to Sydney or another town to do business with people that value customers. It took 5 visits to the shop recently for them to finally address what I went in for in the first place.

We went to Creations to buy our engagement ring and the experience was wonderful.

The customer service is excellent; we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were helpful and informative, and clearly passionate about what they do.

We decided not to get a custom ring designed as we fell in love with one of theirs which was exactly what we were after. However, they made sure that we knew we could go down that path, and that it would all be done in-house. The ring itself is absolutely beautiful; it is so well made and something I am proud to have. We feel that Creations produces very high quality work, and choose spectacular diamonds and it even came in under our budget.

We highly recommend Creations for their attentive customer service and for their stunning pieces of jewellery, and lastly for a very easy, pleasant experience all-round.
