I have now walked away from this practice in tears more than once.

All because many of the working doctors and nurses don't have a caring bone in their body. Whether it's referring me to a breast clinic for over 50's (I was 22 at the time), refusing to take 3 stitches out (after waiting 2.5 hours) and sending me away because "they've gotta be somewhere at 8:30" when it would taken them no more than 2 minutes, refusing my request to see a female doctor (of which there was at least 1 working at the time - and surely that is not a ridiculous request) or simply being treated like a number instead of a person.

It is appalling and I will not be going there ever again.

I couldn't wait any longer so I walked out. One rude receptionist belittled and spoke down to people in the queue before me, including a woman just learning English. She was also rude to me and refused to register my referral as it didn't have my date of birth on it. She only had to look on my medicare card. Avoid it.

I see some of the staff or people who own this dump have faked email accounts to raise the ratings of this place because its really no better than a concentration camp medical clinic. Don't go here because it's only staffed by the lowest of the low who hold you in contempt for even walking through the door. I'm sure they prefer to see your Medicare care card and not treat you because it's just too much of an inconvenience.

The receptionist with blonde hair and puffy eyes should go back to preschool and learn some manners and on how to smile. Maybe she needs to go see a doctor for a treatment on her attitude. Very rude.

I have been using this facility for few years and it recent times have very bad experience. First the front desk receptionist rude in answering queries and the reason why long wait when there's only few people waiting. The people who came after me were keep moving. Secondly asked for a superviosor or manager to raise the concerns, she didn't even attempt to call any one and simply said busy. Totally the quality of service has gone down very very low. Quite disappointed on the service.

I've been here quite a few times over the years, it's very uncommon for more than 2 doctors to be on at a time. Not due to lack of patients, there are always 20 to 30 people in queue. If you're going to come here, allow 2 to 3 hours.

Can't even get through! First call on hold for 5 mins. Then they hung up. Stupidly I made a second call, on hold for over 8 minutes and they hung up again! If you like getting nowhere, listening to a bad porn soundtrack and being totally frustrated with nothing to show for it, then this is the place to call. Good luck.

Saw numerous bad reviews and decided to go in anyway.
(3pm on a Monday) the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. I needed to see a doctor and was told there were 30+ in front of me and was seen within 20 minutes of arriving. The doctor i saw listened and knew what she was doing. definitely will use the centre again.

Arrived at 3:15 to see a Dr expecting a wait of about an hour. Walked out at 7:15! Its a beautiful facility that seems completely understaffed. The Dr was very friendly but it was such a long wait especially with children. The toilets have code locks on them which meant I had to run between both to help children get in several times over the 4 hours.
Although it's great to have bulk billing, next time I'll go somewhere else.

Had the most horrible and humiliating experience this morning 9th March at the Ginninderra imaging service. Never experienced racism on this scale since migrating to Australia 12 years ago. It was very obvious that, my son even asked why we were rejected.

My 9 year old son has been having lower abdominal pain and he was asked to have an ultrasound scan. I made the appointment about a week ago for 8am to enable me drop him off at school and get to work on time. The centre opened at exactly 8:06am and we were the first to be called. The lady attending to us asked for my son's referral and i told her i think they have got it. But then I suggested that whiles she was looking for it and waiting for her computer to get ready, I will quickly check in my car. This took less than 3mins and before I got there she had placed someone else before us and then another person. My son was fasting for this scan. We waited for 30mins and then I went up and asked to rebook the appointment since i was running late for work. I was told the earliest appointment my son who has been in pain for a week could get was in another week. And when I was walking away the two ladies at the front office looked at each other and giggled and that was when my son asked why they were happy after rejecting him. I made my son break his fast and I dropped him off at school with no scan whatsoever. Very disappointing experience for a 9 year old.

I've now been here multiple times and had no trouble. I have had to wait anywhere between 40mins and 2 hours which is perfectly normal for a bulk billed medical centre. The doctors are thorough and actually looked at my medical history to get me the best available results. The only complaint I have is that the reception staff have been a bit rude and short, but I understand that they are busy and probably have to deal with rude patients frequently.

Injury not acknowledged or treated. Waiting 2 hours to receive 5 min judgemental rant from dr in 'leadership position'. I was recommended to see a private clinic if I want to be properly assessed. Usually a great service, but grossly disappointed on this occasion.

If you want to throw a day away go to this medical centre. I waited 8 hours to get some antibiotics for my infection. The doctors are well educated and do their job well but the waiting time is rediculous and there are so many better systems that could be in place to solve this issue.
