Doctor Shaun took great care in making sure I was both comfortable and well-informed about the condition of my teeth, which I appreciated very much. He was as gentle as possible and made what I thought was going to be a painful experience, much more bearable. Would highly recommend!

This is a fantastic practice. It is possible to get in at very short notice and there is range of staff to suit your dental preferences and needs. Since I prefer minimal intervention, I go to Shaun who has the gentlest touch! Highly recommended - my husband goes too.

EDIT: No it was not. I booked a check-up and clean; I had and have no issues. Do not try to deflect your responsibility.

EDIT #2: Also, my Google name is not my actual name, so how is it that you "know" what kind of appointment I made? Not only is your service bad, but this just shows that you take no responsibility for your actions, are focused on money, and do not take feedback seriously.

ORIGINAL: Terrible. Dr Appleton seemed like he just wanted me in and out. My "examination" consisted of him literally counting my teeth. Every other dentist I've been to scraped and prodded each tooth, so that was poor. Then the cleaning of my teeth was just the ones seen, and not the ones at the back. Again, other dentists I've been to did them all.
On top of that, the bill (over $200) for less than 10 minutes of work was unacceptable.

I would recommend going anywhere else, as I will NEVER return to this place, and that dentist.

Fantastic! They saw me at short notice with excruciating toothache and got rid of my pain. The reception staff were really helpful and the dentist was so gentle it was almost a pleasure!!
