Very impressed by the quick install. Hole dug, pool lifted in, pipes connected, completely back-filled and temp fence installed all on first day. Pencil compaction, electrics and handover with a week. Every person I dealt with was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend.

I got a pool installed by buccaneer pools and we loved it, great service and fast install. I'd rather be in a buccaneer pool.

From the initial sale to handoverI couldn't have wished for a smoother, trouble free install of my beautiful pool. Any follow up queries were answered quickly and professionally. We LOVE Buccaneer Pools!!!!!!!!

Extremely poor post sales service. Our Legally binding contract had items substituted for cheaper items without informing the us, and we were charged for a service that was never provided. Unless you are really looking hard, you will never see the problems and in our case they would have just walked away with their "increased" profit margins.
Bucanneer are part of Aquatic Leisure Technologies, which also has Aqua Technics and Sapphire Pools under their brand and the admin side (which is where the issues arise) are all in the same office, so I don't see any brand under their umbrella being any different.
Stay well clear and head somewhere else!response / report this review -
