  Very poor service! Refused to price match their own website. Gave me all kinds of excuses. Told them it's ridiculous they can't price match their own website. After arguing back and forth for 20 mins, he called his boss out and the issue got sorted in 30 secs, the boss said exactly what I stated all along. It's our own website , we have to honour the price match. He even had the nerve to question the boss even after he stated to price match it. Last time I would visit this East Perth store. Would rather drive a little further to deal with people with common sense! Very rude and arrogant!

  This is the closest store to me but I would rather drive to Subiaco, East Vic Park or maybe even the one on Pitt St in Sydney because customer service is non-existent, especially for binding services and either the phone is permanently on mute or they ignore. Such a shame cause I love Officeworks.

  The staff work really hard here. I witnessed them trying to manage lots of printing requests from customers and they really tried their best to keep all customers in the line happy!

  I phoned them 3 times over the last few days, only once they answered their phone after 3.5 mins waiting. In the store today the staff were walking past the phones while they were ringing, hilarious!

  I thought it was fascinating! I will definitely be back and make this my number one place to shop for anything paper and pens , desks and chairs, computers and printers etc etc

  its not as big as most other Officeworks, but its got most that we need. very handy to have in this location too, considering there are other bigger branches in neighbouring suburbs. staff here that have served or helped us out were very friendly.

  Great customer Service at Mandurah this morning, but its useless having staff when you dont have stock! When my local store doesn't have stock I either have to wait between 11 and 14 days for it to come in or I have to drive 40kms to the nearest store.Yeah I don't think so!! how can you not have a store between Mandurah and Jandakot!. its Ludicrous and I've bought elsewhere

  Ever since the store was restructured it has been a very positive experience shopping at Officeworks East Perth.
  The staff are friendly and knowledgeable especially in the Tech section.

  Dont print photos in this store! Nobody ever seems to know what is happening and after spending 2 hours sorting through my photos, I go up to pay to be told the machine is broken and cant print but will call the next day to advised when the photos are ready. Nobody said anything whilst I was going through my photos. Well surprise surprise no call and I had to call to be rudely told my photos are ready and he wasnt told to call. Absolutely regret getting my photos done at East Perth Officeworks and will never return!

  Don't believe any of the product reviews they have on their website. If you submit a negative review it is usually rejected for publishing based on their 'guidelines'. Even if you submit a perfectly clear, well-balanced positive review of a product they reject it, apparently because I promoted buying a relatively cheap product which worked very well, so no need to spend big bucks. Don't waste your time on submitting a product review as it will prove to be a waste of your time.

  Service improved dramatically, New floor layout brings much improvement. Very informed staff about computing and tech, large selection of office equipment and large print andcopy outlet inside
