Love the Quiet & clean atmosphere.
Decided to Stay longer.
We discovered a gas leak. Owner said "it's normal, been like it for years." We left ASAP.

A friend and I stayed here while passing through to travel the Great Ocean Road. It is just on the outskirts of town making it a wonderful quiet place to stay. Friendly owners, would recommend.

This is a great caravan park in Mt Gambier we have stayed here for the last two Easter weekends and have always found it to be a relaxing place to stay. It is grassy and green surrounded by trees and convenient to access Mt Gambier and surrounds. Would stay here again.

Staff are friendly. Gave great advice and very informative. Quiet location & that's where the positives end there. Check in @2pm as all rooms are cleaned prior to arrival. Place was very dirty, spiders and webs everywhere. Clean places do not get web build up. Dirty marks over walls, tables, cupboards, bench tops, other people's hair in bathroom and on tiles. Felt like being in shared backpacker accommodation. Had to wear thongs on my feet in the shower. Fridge not turned on when we asked, travelling with food and had to wait for fridge/freezer to get colder than the esky. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Place needs some money spent and some TLC.

Lovely small and quiet caravan park. Beautiful trees and lots of grass. Well kept pool and BBQ area. Generous site size. Shopping centre next door, very handy!
