Very good Karaoke bar, with new private rooms & good equipment. Can use a phone app to search and add music. Pretty decent value for the bigger rooms, which come with bar tabs.

Staff were a little rude and some of the songs weren't the originals and weren't even the right lyrics. Made for a good laugh though. Drink service was slow.

Quite modern looking, good selection of songs. The rooms were quite bright for a karaoke room though. The security camera vision is visible to everyone from the front desk which is kinda concerning

Sowe had fun here, but it was a little disappointing. The rooms were fine, the mics worked and staff were good, but the backing tracks were almost in-audible for a lot of the tracks and many of them froze for a long time while loading. The staff reset the system and it worked better but each song still took waaay too load. So really the only real problems were technical, but kind of important to have backing tracks you can hear for Karaoke!

This is the only karaoke bar my friends and I will go to. The drinks are affordable, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are in great condition and there is a large choice of songs and artists to choose from.

Shopping malls like highpoint have better and bigger rooms. This was a bit small and cant fit large crowds. Staff are good, food is moderately priced and parking available next door but hard to find as very small entrance. Overall the ambience was average.

Poor service at best. We called and booked 3.5+ hours in advance and were told when we arrived there were no booths available.
Don't count on these guys following through with what they tell you, because service really really has declined in the recent months. PLEASE try other places before thinking of booking here. You don't get your money's worth here anymore.

Such a great activity to do with mates or for a work partyAs long as everyone has had a couple drinks. You get a drink voucher included in renting the box so it's not bad value really.

We had a really good experience here. We were in a large room which was well-priced and quite spacious. All the equipment worked as expected and the temperature was great. Good selection of songs. Quick bar service, standard drinks, terrible food but priced accordingly. We all used the companion app to queue up music too which was a nice touch and made it much easier to coordinate with a big group.
