Very poor customer service give something to print they said will be ready same day 6 pm but said will pick up morning next day and went there at 9 am just before my work appointment and still not ready. Only option they have is no sorry but get your money back if you are not happy

Dont give any job there if you are in hurry they will never do it on time

I would've given 5 stars if not for the Hobo Ferals that sit there all day using the free Wifi and drinking free coffee/tea from their home bought mugs and eating biscuits from their own Tupperware. How can you afford a new IPhone and a Nice new pair of beats by dre headphones but not the option of staying somewhere else for 4hours a day?

Great service and friendly staff! It is always my first stop for tech and stationary in Ballarat, the staff quickly come to you to ask if you need help and if no one is around the door greater can always line you up with someone to help, prices are also very competitive for Ballarat.
