Disappointed - I've been getting brazillians for almost 15 years. I would never normally write a review but I feel others can benefit from my experience First impression was how dirty and untidy the place looked. My wax was the terrifying - my therapist was so rough it was quite a painful experience. She did such a rush job that several bits were missed & I had to tidy up myself when I got home. Bits of wax left stuck to me afterwards and zero aftercare immediately after the wax except baby oil that was flung about the room I was worried it would get all over my clothes.

Do not go anywhere else for your Brazilian wax, this salon is the holy grail of waxing. It was done in about 5 minutes and I never even broke a sweat. It's as painless as you're gonna get. My last wax was not with Aleisha Jane and it took 45 minutes and almost killed me, seriously. The experience i just had at Aleisha Jane was the polar opposite; quick, almost painless and I'm not feeling sore after.

As I said to Aleisha, this was the best Brazilian wax I've ever had :) Aleisha goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable; she's friendly, sweet, but also focused and thorough. I appreciate the choice of wax this salon uses, especially for sensitive areas. It's a small space, with a lot going on, but you're in and out. I agree with others that this salon is great for an excellent, quick, convenient and efficient wax. Thanks, Aleisha!

This place is such a shame. I went for waxing and it was honestly probably the best wax I've ever had - easy, quick, fast, mostly painless and my beautician was sweet and we had a good chat. But the place is so filthy that all I could think about during my wax was - am I going to get a bloody infection from dirty equipment? There's dust, dirt and used babywipes on the floor. The reception area is filthy. I was actually incredulous at how dirty the place was despite the reviews. At least 4 staff working and I was the only client - how hard is it to keep on top of cleaning? Unfortunately I won't be back as the place is just too filthy.

Went there today and was waxed by Yvette! She was very friendly, easy to talk to and made my first waxing experience so easy and relaxing. She was very fast and efficient at her job, and explained everything and so honestly it was easy to get used to the pain. Would highly recommend booking a wax session with her especially if it's your first time!

I had to rate 1 star only because I couldn't write any comments otherwise. With the service I received this beauty salon doesn't even deserve 1 star. I recently made a purchase online which I had to wait days for, only to not receive it at all due to a mix up on their online purchasing facility. It gets worse, I then contacted the salon after days of waiting. I was told by the owner herself that she would post the items I purchased and fully paid for mind you, only to be told after waiting once again for a further 4 days that the she didn't send my purchases at all! NOT AT ALL. Had I not followed up I would've been kept waiting AGAIN for NOTHING. No updates, courtesy calls, no communication from them whatsoever - I was the one who had to follow up each time. They were certainly quick to take my money though. I am absolutely appalled that businesses, and in this case the business owner herself could treat a customer like this. Suffice to say I am taking my business elsewhere. Now I was told they would contact me to arrange an immediate refund - we will see. My advice is don't purchase anything online from this salon.

I booked an eyebrow feathering appointment before Christmas for mid January. The night before I received confirmation via text. On the day of the appointment I travelled an hour into the city. On arrival I find out that 'someone should have rung me last week as the tattoo girl is away on holidays'. Ah thanks for lettbig me know. It wasn't like a last minute change. They had ample time to contact me beforehand they just didn't. So unprofessional. Dodge a bullet and avoid!
