I personally had an unhelpful, rude experience with the service, but I see that other people have had a better experience so I will give 3 stars

Have a great Santa suit but staff are a bit too busy to give full attention. Very friendly though!

Great range of products, but the best thing is the service. It's a rarity in Canberra - they are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly
