  They wouldn’t offer a coupon as they said they’d opted out, even though the offer explicitly said it was available at all stores. If the overall organisation made a mistake on the coupon, the franchise owner should take it up with the organisation, not just refuse to honour an offer for customers who’ve made the effort to drive to their store as a result of an electronic offer that they received earlier that day. Not good enough.

  We ordered delivery and pre-paid. Nobody showed up. Nobody called us. We called but no answer so we drove there after it was taking a while and the place had closed. EatNow confirmed that the order was received by them.

  Food arrived after 2 phone calls, after almost 2 hours (almost 1 hour later than the original, and they admitted it had been in the car, on the hottest day of the year, for that whole time). Had to reject for food safety and get it refunded through menulog. Super disappointed.
