Only place I’d go. Prices are spot on internet prices plus the experience and knowledge needed for a novice like me. Fitted news tyres in no time flat. Really helpful when things didn’t go smoothly with fitting. Nothing was a drama. Will definitely be back.

Dealt with them many times. Unable to find you compatible parts, happy to sell you the wrong fit part, refused to move price on a scooter with a defective front shock which they should not even be allowed to sell or let people test ride in that condition. Typical stealership.

Great service! Went there on a Saturday around 4:30pm expecting them to be closed And they were. They had closed at 3:00pm. But there was someone inside who noticed that I had pulled up and came outside to see if I needed anything. I said I was after a pair of motorcycle gloves to which 10thhe guy said come on in. You could have knocked me over with a feather. I've never received service like that 1.5 hours after closing time. They earned my loyalty that day.

Been shopping at Joe's for ever. New Triumphs, Huskies and lots of wrecked stuff to restore or repair old bikes. Always check them out for cost. Other Canberra dealers expensive.

Prices jacked up at time of payment even when quoted on the same day!
CBF attitude on removing the used parts off of wrecks. Would rather destroy a connected part than to leave it attached to a 2nd hand part.

Awesome customer service. Accommodating, no-BS staff, that every though it's a small shop, there's a good selection of bikes, and provide you a friendly "nothing's too hard" service you don't get from some "bigger" shops in Canberra.
