  My fiancée loves her ring soo much and gets many compliments. Jacque and his team have great customer service and went above and beyond to ensure we both were satisfied. Jacque has great attention to detail and made it a smooth process. Jacque was our first jeweller we had gone to and didn't go anywhere else. Definitely would recommend!

  I am blown away by Jacque Fine Jewellery's gold standard customer service. It has been nothing but outstanding since my Fiancé first engaged with them to design my dream engagement ring to when I contacted them to get my wedding band made. All team members that I engaged with were so helpful, professional and went out of their way to make sure the best possible experience was created. I live in Melbourne and got the rings couriered to me and have sent my engagement ring up for a clean and this process was also seamless. When I had any questions they were answered always within an hour of making contact. I am so thankful for the experience I have had and hope the team knows just how valued they make their customers feel. The quality of their jewellery just speaks for itself, absolutely incredible!

  I have been a customer of Jacque fine jewelry since 2019, where Jacque and Chantal assisted us in designing my partners engagement ring and subsequent wedding bands for our wedding in March 2022. We cannot begin to thank them for absolutely faultless craftsmanship and even better customer service. Nothing was too hard for Chantal and she would reply within a few hours to any inquiries we may have had. I would highly recommend Jacque fine jewelry to anyone who wants the absolute best and more. Trust me you'll get that.

  Jacque provided me with the most exceptional care and service, helping me to purchase the most beautiful ring for my now fiancé. She absolutely loves her ring and the delicacy and craftsmanship is like no other. My partner and I would 100% recommend Jacque to anyone.
