I called Maines Electrical after we had a sleepless night with a faulty smoke detector that was ringing out for almost 8 hours. From the moment I spoke Craig, the best customer service person I’ve dealt with in a long time, I knew I was in good hands. Our smoke detectors are older models and we had been thinking of replacing every one of them. By 2 pm same day the lovely Karl arrived who is the tidiest technician ever and replaced them all with high quality units! Thank you Maines for the five-star service! We will be using you again.

My call to Maines was scheduled immediately for a new power point and TV connection, they also connected a new TV and programmed it for me.
They cleaned up after their work was completed removing any rubbish etc.
I found the technician very polite, professional, helpful also friendly and would have no hesitation in recommending Mains electrical to my friends and family.
I will be calling them for any further electrical issues I might have

We had a fushed power plug. Kieran came looked at the see what the problem was and went to get parts. Came back very quickly and fixed the problem and put in a new outdoor PowerPoint also. He was very professional and friendly . We would recommend this company to anyone in need of a electrical service. 👍👍👍

They turned up when they said they would come even though it was pouring rain continuously. The electrician spent 3 hours up in a cherry picker on a very steep hill, replacing three street lights. Even though he was soaked to the skin he stuck with it until the job was finished. Very impressed with their commitment and would recommend them anytime.
