  Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in! Lovely location and amazing staff! Would ever come back! Also lots of little things to do here and a free bus shuttle to go to the national park, beach and other places! Love this place ❤️

  Great location tucked away within a beautiful rainforest. Staff were all friendly. Communal kitchen area and dining was great and the surrounding area was always a treat to look on to.

  Nice place and well organized. Get a room with AC it's worth it in the rainforest! Given where it is, PLENTY of bugs. Not my thing, some may like it but certainly not something to deduct from the place itself - part of the experience :)

  Jackaroo's is pretty unique as a hostel and has great views and a good pool, but quite a few flaws. The whole place feels a bit dirty, not helped by the cleaner who seems to mop the table tops (!) and the floors with the same mop? The staff were okay but not very enthusiastic. You'll get eaten alive by bugs, so bring bug spray - this was expected due to the location but there were no preventative measures in place (e.g. Lights, burners, nets). The hostel is very open making socialising really easy. Bus to town is really handy and runs well. There isn't much to do in Mission Beach, however, so only go if you are skydiving, otherwise you'll get bored quickly.

  Like a resort hostel in the rainforest. Shuttle runs to anywhere you'd need to go multiple times per day. Small amount of food and supplies available to buy on site. Laundry and kitchen are available and we'll maintained. Salt water pool is nice with a stunning view.

  Fantastic hostel. Lovely staff. Nice clean rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful surroundings. Good location. Decent free breakfast. Activities planned in the common area every night. Would happily stay there again.

  It's a very good hostel ! I recommend to stay there!
  All room are very clean, the staff is very welcoming and friendly.
  The place is beautiful and peaceful.
  Even if it's a little bit far from mission Beach and shops, they have a courtesy bus !
  Every night there is an activities and a movie.
  
  Just, the movie's volume is too loud
  And it will be very nice to put English subtitles for non fluent person, like me ;)
