Had two power outages on different days had no water at one stage there was problems with TVs and WiFi.The bridge to the pool was torn down and we had to go through the gully to get to the pool and after the rain was very slippery.The pool was closed for 2 days staff didn't know when it was going to be open again right in holiday season. One of the camp kitchens were closed for 5 days. Pool is way to hot needs some shade above it. Midges are bad in morning and afternoons. People were told sites are booked out when they arnt.

Great park. Relaxinf & quiet during this visit. Lots of accommodation options. Having the Children's Playground area away from the accommodation area is very thoughtful. Bus stop right out the front. Nice shared camping facilities - camp kitchen, etc. We decided to stay is a Studio Ensuite instead of staying in our camper trailer as a treat & it was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful holiday place. Exceptionally clean. Stayed in a villa with my two daughters & granddaughter. Both my daughters commented how comfy the beds were. We fed the birds early in the morning & my grandie luved it. She celebrated her 1st birthday there & had lots of little guests & their parents. We used the bbqs & pools.. even better the water park. Terrific time had by all. We would luv to return.

Nice and calm place and facilities. The pool area is so cool. Also the fauna diversity inside the park is awesome. And the prices are really really good!

Cabins are roomy and spotlessly clean and out of the way up where it is quiet, staff where really helpful and accommodating. Great job guys and girls we will be back.

Amazing staff went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Rooms are clean and tidy, and the park has wonderful amenities.

Our room is simple and neat with air con and a fan. The service from the staff is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Good location with a bus stop right outside. Facilities are fantastic with a pool and a water park for the kids. Great family spot. Also has wifi.

When we asked if we can check in half hour before 2pm which we just asked for only this one time, one of the receptionist gave us a very grumpy face and smashed the phone after she asked the room service then scolded at us "2 pm!" Seems to us that she was throwing a tantrum to us but we didn't know what we did wrong to deserve it. We were simply and politely asking something that we didn't mind if we couldn't get it. And we didn't even mind that you had us waiting for 15 minutes after 2 pm, the time that is allegedly stated as check in time. Then why did we deserve it? today was supposed to be a good start of our journey but her rude manner ruined our mood.

The bed was great! Shower and bathroom quite small, but shower was good. Pool and water park looked good, but it was quite cool when we got there, and we didn't want to take our tolder swimming in the cooler weather. The dry fun park at the back of the park was pretty good though. Tolder had fun on the kangaroo jumper air trampoline.

Fantastic Staff, quiet location. Easy walk to town. Our dog loved the walks. All the other quests were chilled and very friendly, Quiet time 10pm . Check the site for purple berry tree and bat poo first, they cannot control mother nature.
The waterpark, not that we used it was fantastic.

The place is very clean and the staff are the best

Camp kitchen is 1st class.

Great and accommodating staff. The camper sites provide no privacy. The resort includes an airconned game and TV room, a pool, a kids water park and more. A pretty decent location overall.

We were so lucky to snag a 3 day stay for 2 and this was just the start. The staff helped us with local bus timetables, with activity bookings and any enquiry we made. Very helpful and made it very pleasant.
The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the community feeling of the place.

Michael was a huge help from our phone call to check in and beyond.
The entire staff was pleasant, helpful and easy to deal with going the extra mile to help.
Facilities are nice pool is pleasant kids water park was well used and fun was being had
Sights are well laid out and quiet after dark. Kitchen area was very useful.
Great stay.
